Please inspect all products upon delivery. If any items are missing or damaged, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at +27 82 929 5210. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Once the returned products are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
